OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA PROHIB-
ITING PARKING ON SIXTH STR~wi'

STR~v ~ 2:00 A.M. AND 6:00
A.M. EVERYDAY
WHEREAS, on sixth Street adjacent to the County Jail there are
large numbers of cars parking all night; and
WHEREAS, there are two large parking lots adjacent to said area
where these night workers could park; and
WHEREAS, to clean the street properly on a regular schedule, the
street should be clear of parked cars; and
WE~qEAS, Section 36-132 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code provides
that parking may be prohibited during certain hours of the day by resolution.
THEreFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that parking shall be prohibited on Sixth
Street frc~ Flower Street to Shelton Street between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
every day and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install per-
manent signs giving notice of such restrictien with the words "TOW-A~kY".
