RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA, CALIFORNIA, CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT AND ACCEPTING
WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT IN THE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUC-
TION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 215
(MAPLE/COLUMBINE)
W~EREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk an
assessment to represent the costs and expenses of the work and
improvements done pursuant to proceedings had and taken under the
provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911," being Division 7 of
the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and
pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 72-127 , and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has duly given notice in the manner
provided by law of the filing of said assessment and of the time
set for hearing; and
WHEREAS, said City Council is now satisfied as to the proper
completion of the work and of the spreading of the assessment,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the assessment and diagram, the proceedings
leading up to the same, and all acts and determinations of the
officers and agents of the City of Santa Ana, California, in relation
to the work done and appurtenances in ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 215,
(MAPLE/COLUMBINE), and to the said assessment, and the diagram
attached thereto, be, and the same hereby are, ratified and confirmed,
the work and improvement is accepted, and the Superintendent of
Streets is hereby ordered and directed to attach to said assessment
a warrant in the manner and form provided by law, said warrant
bearing date of this Resolution, and is further ordered to deliver
said warrant, diagram and assessment to the contractor, or its
assignee, as the case may be, forthwith upon payment of the incidental
expenses due thereon.

being Resolution No. 73-141 , was duly passed, approved and
adopted by said City Council, approved and signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk, all at a regular meeting
of said City Council held on the 19 day of November ,
1973, and that the same was passed and adopted by the following
