A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE
PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AND DENYING APPEAL #334 ON CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT 73-15 FILED BY SOUTHSIDE INVESTMENT CO.
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of
Fact of the Planning Commission, the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana does hereby affirm the decision of the
Planning Commission, and Appeal #334 on Conditional Use
Permit 73-15 filed by Southside Investment Co. to allow
retail sales in the M1 District, is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4 day
of February , 1974.
