A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE
PLANNING COMMISSION AND DENYING CONEITIONAL
USE PERMIT 74-1 AND APPEAL NO. 338, FILED BY
TOM ANDERSON.
BE IT RESOLVED: That based upon the Findings of Fact
of the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana does hereby affirm the decision of the Planning
Commission, and Appeal No. 338 and Conditional Use Permit
74-1, filed by Tom Anderson, are hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 11
day of A~arch , 1974.
