A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE ZONING
ADMINISTRATOR TO DENY APPEAL NO. 340 ON MINOR
EXCEPTION 74-5 FILED BY HERMAN JOHNSON
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the findings of fact
of the Zoning Administrator and testimony presented before
the City Council at its public hearing on April 1, and
April 15, 1974, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
hereby denies Appeal No. 340 appealing the Zoning Adminis-
trator's denial of Minor Exception 74-5 to allow on sale
liquor in a bar (vacant over 1 year) which is located within
300' of residences at 1301 West Santa Ana Blvd. in a C 2 Dis-
trict.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th
day of May , 1974.
