A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA REVOKING PASSAGE OF RESOLUTION
NO. 74-49 PASSED MAY 6, 1974 AND SETTING JULY
1, 1974 AS THE NEW DATE TO CONSIDER THE MATTER
WHEREAS, the City Council, at its May 6, 1974, meeting
passed Resolution 74-49 concerning property to be dedicated
to the City on Juniper Street; and
WHEREAS, negotiations are still proceeding toward
settlement of the question of the dedication of a portion
of Juniper Street; and
WHEREAS, the Office of the City Attorney has recommended
to the City Council that it would be in the best interest of
all concerned to revoke the passage of Resolution No. 74-49
passed May 6, 1974.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: Resolution 74-49 is
hereby revoked.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: Consideration of Resolution
74-49 as it may be amended shall be continued until July 1,
1974, the date of the next regularly scheduled Council meet-
ing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: The representatives of AMF Voit
are directed to have all arguments and authority which it
wishes the Council to consider presented to the Council and
the City Attorney's Office by May 27, 1974.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th
day of May , 1974.
