A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE REPRODUCTION AND RE-
PLACEMENT OF EXISTING OFFICIAL SECTIONAL DISTRICT
MAPS
WHEREAS, the official sectional district maps which
presently serve to delineate the use district boundaries
of the City of Santa Ana pursuant to Chapter 41 of the
Santa Ana Municipal Code have become or threaten to become
damaged and soiled by wear and tear; and
WHEREAS, a process exists by which such maps may be
photographically transferred on to more durable material so
as to identically reproduce the content and information of
each original map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of
Planning is hereby authorized to cause such existing offi-
cial sectional district maps to be so reproduced, and upon
the certification of the Director of Planning, as to each
map, that the reproduction is a true copy of the original,
the reproduced map shall be the official sectional district
map, in place of the original, for all purposes of the
ordinances of the City of Santa Ana, both heretofore and
hereafter enacted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the
18th day of November , 1974.

aoing Resolution was introduced to said Council at its
regular meeting held on the 18th day of
