A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING PLANS, SPECI-
FICATIONS, COST ESTIMATE, AND MAP OF THE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 237
(QUIGLEY LANE)
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this City Council,
plans, profiJes, specifications~ an estimate of cost and a
proposed boundary map of the assessment district, relating
to the construction of certain public improvements in what
is known and designated as follows:
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 237 (QUIGLEY LANE)
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the plans, profiles, specifications,
cost estimate and proposed boundary map of the assessment
district, entitled ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 237 (QUIGLEY
LANE) be and the same are each hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 2. That the said plans, profiles, specifica-
tions, and cost estimate shall be filed in the Office of the
City Engineer and copies thereof in the Office of the Clerk
of the Council of said City. That said original map of pro-
posed boundaries of said assessment district, and one copy
thereof, be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Council
and a copy thereof in the Office of the City Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the
18th day of November , 1974.
