A RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO CHANGE BOUNDARY LINES OF
WARDS AS REQUIRED BY THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF PUBLIC HEARING
THEREON
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Santa Ana declares that
the City Council shall change Ward boundary lines each two years
prior to the General Municipal Election;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; that the City Council hereby
declares its intention to make changes in the boundary lines of
the Wards in the City of Santa Ana as set forth in Exhibit A, at-
tached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED; that 7:30 PM on the 16th day of De-
cember 1974, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 20 Civic Center
Plaza, Santa Ana, California, is the time and place when and
where any person having an interest in, objection to, or sug-
gestion regarding the making of changes in Ward boundary lines
may appear before the City Council and be heard thereon.
BE IT FURTHER P~ESOLVED; that the Clerk of the Council is di-
rected to give notice of said hearing by publishing this Resolu-
tion once a week for two weeks in the REGISTER prior to December
16, 1974.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at a special meeting held on the 2$th day of November, 1974.

I, FLORENCE I. MALONE, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk
of the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Reso-
lution was regularly introduced to said Council at a special meet-
ing held on the 26th day of November 1974 and was at said meeting
passed and adopted by the following vote, to wit:
