A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA DENYING APPEAL NO. 345, AND UP-
HOLDING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMIS-
SION AND DENYING VARIANCE NO. 74-31 FILED BY
CROCKER NATIONAL BANK.
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of Fact
of the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana does hereby affirm the decision of the Planning
Commission, and Variance No. 74-31 is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 9th
day of December , 1974.
