RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA
ANA RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 74-52 AND
REINSTATING RESOLUTION NO. 72-53

BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana does hereby rescind Resolution No. 74-52 adopted
on May 6, 1974, and does hereby reinstate, confirm and re-adopt
that certain RESOLUTION NO. 72-53 adopted on May 1, 1972,
nun¢ pro tunc as of said date, which resolution is by this
re-~rence incorporated herein as though fully set forth.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that each each and every finding
and determination made in Resolution No. 72-53 is hereby con-
firmed, ratified and approved.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the RESOLUTION NO. 72-53
is amended in the following particular only:
The description of the real property described therein
is amended to read as follows:
A.P. No. 011-150-41
The fee simple title in and to all that real property
located in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, more particularly described as follows:
Those portions of the Northerly 78 feet of the Westerly
120 feet of the Easterly 130 feet of Lot A of Menges
and Crooks Subdivision of G.B. Lyon's Subdivision, in
the City of Santa Ana, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 1, Page 98 of Miscellaneous Record Maps, records
of said Orange County, described as follows:
PARCEL 1:
The Northerly 39.00 feet. Excepting that portion previously
dedicated for street.
PARCEL 2:
That portion lying Easterly of a line parallel with and
30 feet Westerly, measured at right angles, from the
monumented center line of Lyon Street.
Excepting that portion previously dedicated for street.
PARCEL 3:
'A spandrel shaped of land bounded on the North by the
Southerly line of the above mentioned Parcel 1; bounded
on the East by the Westerly line of the above mentioned
Parcel 2; and bounded Southwesterly by the arc of a curve
concave Southwesterly, having a radius of 12.00 feet
and tangent to said North and East boundaries.
