A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING
SECTION 3 OF RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 A!VO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS OF THE 1974-
75 AIfNUAL BUDGET TO ADD OR CHANGE CERTAIN CLASS TITLES AND REALLOCATE
CERTAIN BUDGETED POSITIONS FOR THE ENHANCEMENT OF EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
EMPLOYMENT ~ ADVANCEMENT WITHIN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, the overall objective of the City's Affirmative Action
adopted by the City Council on August 6, 1973, is to achieve, within a asonable
period of time, an equitable employee profile in each occupational cat which
is an approximate reflection of minorities and women available in the of
