RESOLUTION NO. 75-49
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA OVERRULING THE DECISION
OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR GRANTING APPEAL
#347 ON MINOR EXCEPTION 75-5 FILED BY ROY
DOUGLAS AND NORM PHILLIPS.
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon "Findings of Fact" of
the Planning Commission and testimony presented before the City
Council, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha hereby over-
rules the decision of the Zoning Administrator and grants Appeal
#347 on Minor Exception 75-5 filed by Roy Douglas and Norm Phil-
lips to waive portion of required parking for a carry-out sand-
wich shop located at 3319 West Warner Avenue, and Minor Excep-
tion Permit 75-5 is hereby granted.
