A Special Meeting was held on the call of the Mayor, at 4:30 P.M., December
28, 1956, after service of writte~ notice thereof was delivered persona~ly
to Dale H. Heinly, J. Ogden Markel, William Jerome and Milford W. Dahl,
and to the Tustin News, a newspaper, who had demanded notice of Specisl
Meetings,. all prior to 3:30 P.M., on.December 27, 1956, and after telegraphic
notice to and a telegraphic consent to the holding of said meeting had been
received from Councilman. Tilghma~ A. Taylor.

On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by M~rkel and carried, a Change Order was
authorized for the sub-grade on the construction of Reservoir at First and Flower
Streets, in accordance with Subsections 25 (c), Page B-22 of the Specifications.
On motion of Councilman Eeinly, seconded by Markel and carried, the City Council
adjourned.
