RESOLUTION NO. 75~64
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA DETERMINING THAT THE
CONTINUED PARTICIPATION BY A6ENCY OR COM~
MUNITY OFFICERS OR CITY EMPLOYEES 'WHO HAVE
MADE WRITTEN FINANCIAL DISCLOSURES OF PERSONAL
INTEREST IN THE CObgiUNITY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
AREA, IN THE FORMULATION OF OR APPROVAL OP PLANS
OR POLICIES FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT
AREA, WILL NOT BE CONTRARY TO THE PUBLIC INTEREST
WHEREAS, Section 33130 of the California Health and
Safety Code of the Community Redevelopment Act requires that
any Agency or Community officer or employee, w~o in the course
of his duties, is required to participate in the formulation
of or to approve plans or policies for the redevelopment of a
project area, shall make written disclosure to the agency of any
direct or indirect financial interest he may have in any prop-
erty included within the project area; and
WHEREAS, all such officials and officers who have
such interest have made such written disclosure; and
WHEREAS, the interests of said officials and officers
have been reviewed by the Santa Aha City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Santa Aha City
Council in adjourned regular meeting assembled this 1Sth day of
May, 1975, that the City Council has reviewed the written dis-
closure of direct and indirect interests of the following Agency
or Community officers or employees:
Sealy M. Yates, Member of the Planning Commission
David F. Oriiz, Member of the City Council
and hereby determines that, in light of such personal interests,
participation of such members in the actions hy the Santa Ana
City Council, the Community Redevelopment Agency, the Community
Redevelopment Commission, the City. Planning Commission, and as
employees of the City of Santa Aha, affecting the carrying out
of the project planning or the undertaking of the Project will
not be contrary to the public interest.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of said written
disclosures be attached to this resolution and be entered into
the minutes of this meeting of the Santa Aha City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa ;una, California, at its adjourned regular meeting held
on the 15th day of May, 1975.
