A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA FIXING THE SALARY OF THE CITY
ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA.
WHEREAS, the City Council has recently appointed a new
City Attorney, and it is appropriate to establish a new salary
for that position;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the salary of the
City Attorney of the City of Santa Ana, California, is hereby
fixed and established at $3,000.00 per month ($36,000 per annum).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said salary shall be paid in
the same manner and at the same time as other monthly salaries
in the City are paid, and that said new salary rate shall take
effect and be paid from July 1, 1975.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of June,
1975.
