RESOLUTION NO. 75- 97
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE ACTION OF THE
PLANNING COMMISSION ON VARIANCE APPLICATION
75-16, DENYING SAID VARIANCE APPLICATION AND
DENYING APPEAL NO. 349 FILED THEREON BY OTIS
BABCOCK
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held on July 14, 1975,
on Appeal No. 349, filed by Otis Babcock in opposition to the
Planning Commission's denial of Variance Application 75-16;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, based on the public
hearing held by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana,
the testimony, oral and documentary, submitted, the City
Council of the City of Santa Ana does hereby affirm the action
of the Planning Commission denying Variance Application 75-16,
and does hereby deny said Variance Application 75-16, and
does hereby deny Appeal NO. 349 filed thereon in opposition to
the Planning Commission's action.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby adopts
as its Findings of Fact for denial of Variance Application 75-16,
those "Findings of Fact of the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana regarding Variance Application No. 75-16" set forth
in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and by this reference
made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st
day of July , 1975.
