RESOLUTION NO. 75-121
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE ACTION
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON VARIANCE
APPLICATION NO. 75-28 APPROVING SAID
VARIANCE APPLICATION FILED BY VERSAILLES
INVESTORS DBA VERSAILLES ON THE LAKE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
duly set a public hearing, and a public hearing was duly
held on August 18, 1975, to review the Planning Commission's
approval of Variance application no. 75-28;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, based on the
public hearing held by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha, on August 18, 1975, and based on the testimony, oral
and documentary, submitted, the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana does hereby affirm the action of the Planning Com-
mission approving Variance application no. 75-28 and does
hereby grant said Variance application no. 75-28 filed by
Versailles Investors dba Versailles on the Lake;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby
adopts as its findings of fact for approval of Variance appli-
cation no. 75-28 those "Binding of Fact, Variance 75-28" pre-
pared and submitted by the Planning Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18th
day of August 1975.
