A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAIffA ANA
AMENDING SECTION 3 OF RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 INCREASING THE
SALARY SCHEDULE ALLOCATIONS FOR CERTAIN MANAGEMENT CLASSIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and adopted Resolution
No. 58-281 revising and establishing the Basic Compensation Plan for employees of the
City of Santa Aha; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has fr~m time to time amended this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with stipulations of two-year Memoranda of Understanding
between the City of Santa Aha and the several Associations of City Employees, the
City Council on July 1~ 1974 passed and adopted Resolution 74-103 incorporating the
provisions of these Memoranda which provided second year (1975-76) increases for all
employees, except executive management personnel, effective July 1, 1975 for General
employees and October 1, 1975 and April 1, 1976 for sworn Police and Fire employees; and
WHEREAS~ it is now desired to adjust the salary range allocations of certain
management classifications listed in Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution No. 58-281 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 3: Allocation of Classes of Emplo.yment to Salary and Wase Schedules.
The following classes of employment shall be allocated to salary and wage ranges on
the effective dates as set forth below:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this Resolution shall take effect as of the 1st
day of September, 1975.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular
meeting held on the 15th day of September , 1975.
