RESOLUTION NO. 75-142
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA, AFFIRMING THE ACTION OF THE
ZONING ADMINISTRATOR ON MINOR EXCEPTION PERMIT
APPLICATION NO. 75-26, DENYING SAID MINOR EXCEP-
TION PERMIT APPLICATION, AND DENYING APPEAL NO.
356 FILED THEREON BY ARISTEO AND MARIA VELASQUEZ
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the
City Council of the City of Santa Ana on September 15th
1975, on Appeal No. 356 filed by Aristeo and Maria Velasquez
in opposition to the Zoning Administrator's denial of Minor
Exception Permit Application No. 75-26.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that based on such
public hearing and the oral and documentary evidence sub-
mitted therein, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana does
hereby affirm the action of the Zoning Administrator denying
Minor Exception Permit Application No. 75-26 and does hereby
deny said Minor Exception Permit Application No. 75-26 and
does hereby deny Appeal No. 356 filed thereon in opposition
to the Zoning Administrator's action.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby
adopts the attached findings of fact supporting denial of Minor
Exception Permit Application No. 75-26.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the
15th day of September , 1975.
