A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA APPOINTING ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY
CHARLES J. LIBERTO A DEPUTY OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
FOR PURPOSES OF SIGNING ALL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY
LAW TO BE SIGNED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY IN THE
ABSENCE OF THE LATTER
WHEREAS, the City Attorney is authorized and required
by law to sign certain documents in his official capacity; and
WHEREAS, it is desired and necessary that the Assis-
tant City Attorney be appointed a deputy of the City Attorney
for purposes of signing documents on behalf of the City Attorney
in the absence of the latter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Charles J.
Liberto, Assistant City Attorney, is hereby appointed a deputy
of the City Attorney for purposes of signing any and all docu-
ments required by law to be signed by the City Attorney, in the
absence of the City Attorney.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana at its r~]~r meeting held on the
6th day of OcTober , 1975.
