RESOLUTION NO. 75-151
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA RATIFYING THE ESTABLISHMENT AND SETTING THE
RATE OF COMPENSATION FOR M-EMBERS OF THE PLANNING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana that the compensation to be paid to members of the Planning Com-
mission of the City shall be and is established as follows:
PLANNING COMMISSION: In addition to expense reimburse-
ment as provided for in Resolution No. 73-131, each member
of the Planning Commission shall receive the sum of twenty-
five dollars ($25.00) for each regular, adjourned regular
or special meeting of said Planning Commission which said
member attended; provided, however, no such member shall
be paid more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for such atten-
dance at meetings held during any one calendar month.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 13th
of October , 1975.
