RESOLUTION NO. 76-52
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LEGAL
DESCRIPTION OF A.P.001-192-08 CONTAINED
IN RESOLUTION 76-14.
WHEREAS, there was a mistake in the legal description
of AoP.001-192-08; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has determined
that for safety and aesthetic purposes the take line along
the front of this parcel should be reduced by approximately
1.9 feet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana does hereby amend the legal descrip-
tion of A.P.001-192-08 to read as follows:
Legal Description A.P.001-192-08
That portion of Lots 53, 54 and 55 of Tract
No. 748, in the City of Santa Ana, as per
map recorded in Book 30, Page 9 of Miscell-
aneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
described as follows:
Parcel 1: That portion of said Lot 55
described as follows: Commencing at the
Southwest corner of said Lot 55, said corner
being 40 feet Northerly, measured at right
angles, from the centerline of Seventeenth
Street, as shown on said map; thence Northerly
along the West line of said Lot 55 a distance
of 5.12 feet, to its intersection with a
nontangent curve concave Northerly having a
radius of 1950 feet, said point of intersection
also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
Easterly along the arc of said curve through a
central angle of 0°51'17'' an arc distance of
29.09 feet to a tangent point on a line parallel
with and distant 44.9 feet Northerly measured
at right angles, from the said centerline of
Seventeenth Street, said point of tangency also
being a point of cusp; thence Westerly along
said parallel line to the said West line; thence
Northerly along said West line to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING.
Parcel 2: The Southerly 4.90 feet of said Lots
53, 54 and 55. Together with all vehicular
access rights to and from Seventeenth Street
from the land contiguous to and Northerly of the
said Southerly 4.90 feet of Lots 53, 54 and 55.
Excepting therefrom a drive approach, 16.5 feet
in width, the centerline of which is 33.74 feet
Easterly as measured along the centerline of
Seventeenth Street, from the intersection of
said Seventeenth Street centerline and the Southerly
extension of the Westerly line of said Lot 55.

Parcel 3: That portion of said Lot 53
described as follows: A spandrel-shaped
area bounded Easterly by the East line of
said Lot 53, bounded Southerly by the North
line of said Parcel 1, and bounded North-
westerly by a curve concave Northwesterly,
having a radius of 25.00 feet, said curve
being tangent to the said East line of Lot 53,
and also tangent to the said North line of
Parcel 1.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that each and every finding
and determination made in Resolution No. 76-14 is hereby con-
firmed, ratified, and approved, save the legal description
of A.P. 001-192-08 which is amended as hereinabove set forth.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the
17th day of May: · , 1976.
