A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA FIXING THE AMOUNT OF
REVENUE FROM PROPERTY TAXES FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1976-77 NEEDED FOR GENERAL MUNICIPAL
PURPOSES, EXCLUSIVE OF BONDED INDEBTEDNESS;
AND FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE FROM PROP-
ERTY TAXES NECESSARY TO PAY THE BONDED
INDEBTEDNESS OF THE CITY IN SAID FISCAL YEAR

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
SECTION 1: This Council hereby determines that the total
amount of revenue from property taxes required for general munici-
pal purposes for the City's fiscal year beginning July 1, 1976 and
ending June 30, 1977, from the tax levy made in such fiscal year,
is the sum of $11,209,500.00, exclusive of moneys needed for pay-
ment of the bonded indebtedness of the City.
SECTION 2: This Council hereby determines that the total
amount of revenue from property taxes required to pay the bonded
indebtedness of the City in the City's fiscal year beginning July
1, 1976 and ending June 30, 1977, from the tax levy made in such
fiscal year, is the sum of $59,000.00.
SECTION 3: Each of the above mentioned sums includes
moneys which will be received by the City from the State of
California in lieu of property tax receipts, by reason of the
Home Owners' Property Tax Exemption and by reason of the partial
exemption of business inventories, as provided in the laws and
statutes of the State of California.
ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 1976, by the following
vote:
