RESOLUTION NO. 76- 112
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF S~/qTA ANA ESTABLISHING
HEALTH SERVICE FEES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana that the following annual Health Service Fees are
hereby established to be collected by the County of Orange.
HEALTH SERVICES FEE SCHEDULE
Massage Parlors, Sauna Baths
and similar establishments
$65.00
Peep Show and similar establishments
$65.00
Tattoo Parlors
$80.00
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana on the 7th day of September ,1976, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Evans, Ward, 0rtiz,
Garthe, Brandt
NOES: COUNCILMEN:
None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Bricken
