A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING CERTAIN CITY
OFFICIALS TO APPLY FOR AND OBTAIN FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE UNDER THE FEDERAL CIVIL DEFENSE
ACT OF 1950
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana that the following named officers are hereby
authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City of
Santa Ana, a public entity, established uner the laws of
the State of California, applications and documents for
the purpose of obtaining financial assistance under the
Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950, as amended (Public Law
920, 81st Congress, 50 U.S.C., 2251-2297):
City Manager
Assistant City Manager
Executive Director, Administrative Services
Director of Finance
Coordinator, Disaster Services
