RESOLUTION NO. 774
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-137
TO DELETE THE MANPOWER SERVICES OFFICE AND OFFICE
OF PUBLIC HOUSING SERVICES FROM INCLUSION IN THE
OFFICE OF THE CITY MANAGER FOR PURPOSES OF CON-
FLICT OF INTEREST CODE PREPARATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA that Resolution No. 76-137 is hereby amended to delete the
references to the Manpower Services Office and the Public Housing
Services Office from the offices included within the Office of the
City Manager and to include the said two offices within the Depart-
ment of Community Relations for purposes of preparation of Con-
flict of Interest Codes pursuant to the Political Reform Act of
1974.
