RESOLUTION NO. 77-10
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS OF COMPLAINTS
AGAINST EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY IN THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana:
1. That this Council does hereby find and determine
that all records of complaints against employees of the City in
the Police Department, more than two years old, as to which such
employees have been exonerated after investigation or said com-
plaints have been found to be unfounded, are no longer required,
and that the written consent of the City Attorney to the destruc-
tion of the same has been filed with this Council.
2. That this Council does hereby authorize and approve
destruction of said records, pursuant to the provisions of Sec-
tion 34090 of the Government Code of the State of California.
