RESOLUTION NO. 77-28
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE ACTION
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON MINOR
EXCEPTION NO. 76-31, DENYING SAID MINOR
EXCEPTION, AND DENYING APPEAL NO. 375
FILED THEREON.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the
City Council of the City of Santa Aha on February 22, 1977,
on Appeal No. 375, filed by Robert K. Harr and Diane L. Harr
in opposition to the Planning Commission's denial of Minor
Exception No. 76-31;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. That based on such public hearing and the oral
and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City Council
does hereby affirm the action of the Planning Commission on
Minor Exception No. 76-31, deny said Minor Exception, and
deny Appeal No. 375.
2. That the City Council hereby adopts as its
findings of fact for denial of Minor Exception No. 76-31 that
"Finding of Fact, Minor Exception No. 76-31" prepared and sub-
mitted by the Planning Commission, on file in the office of
the Clerk of the Council and incorporated herein by reference
as though fully set forth.
ADOPTED this ?th day March , 1977, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Bricken, Yamamoto, 0rtiz, Evans
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
