RESOLUTION NO. 77-31
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE
REVENUE SHARING AGREEMENT WITH ORANGE COUNTY
WITH RESPECT TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRENTICE
PARK ZOO
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, at the request of
the City of Santa Ana, has, by its Resolution No. 77-138, approved
certain amendments, as hereinbetow set forth, to the Revenue
Sharing Agreement between the City of Santa Ana and the County
of Orange with respect to the development of Prentice Park Zoo;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. Amendment of the scope of the project to provide
for additional security lighting and fencing and to authorize
the use of funds therefor is hereby approved.
2. Amendment of the completion date for Prentice Park
Zoo to read July 31, 1977, is hereby approved.
3. The Mayor of the City of Santa Ana is authorized
to sign an Amendment to Agreement to effectuate the said approved
amendments. The Clerk of the Council shall then forward said
Amendment to Agreement, together with four copies thereof and
with a copy of this resolution to the County Administrative
Office, General Revenue Sharing Section.
