A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPOINTING DESIGNATED
PERSONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SIGNING ALL
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY LAW TO BE SIGNED
BY THE CITY ATTORNEY IN THE ABSENCE OF
THE CITY ATTORNEY, AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 76-91.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana:
That the Assistant City Attorney, in the absence
of the City Attorney, is hereby appointed for the purpose of
signing any and all documents required by law to be signed
by the City Attorney.
That James L. Conkey, Richard E. Lay and Robert C.
Sangster, in the absence of both the City Attorney and
Assistant City Attorney, are hereby appointed for the purpose
of signing any and all doc%unents required by law to be signed
by the City Attorney.
Resolution No. 76-91, adopted on August 2, 1976,
is hereby repealed.
ADOPTED this 18th day of April , 1977,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Ward, Garthe, Bricken, Ortiz,
Yamamoto, Evans
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
