A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA APPOINTING DEPUTIES OF THE CITY
ATTORNEY AND THE CITY ENGINEER
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana:
That Edward J. Cooper is hereby appointed a deputy of
the City Attorney for the purpose of doing any and all things
required to be done by the City Attorney, in the absence of the
City Attorney.
That James L. Conkey, Robert C. Sangster and Richard E.
Lay are hereby appointed deputies of the City Attorney for the
purpose of doing any and all things required to be done by the
City Attorney, but only in the absence of both the City Attorney
and Edward J. Cooper.
That J. Richard Smith is hereby appointed a deputy of
the City Engineer for the purpose of signing any and all documents
required by law to be signed by the City Engineer, in the absence
of the City Engineer.
That John W. Burk is hereby appointed a deputy of the City
Engineer for the purpose of signing any and all documents required
by law to be signed by the City Engineer, in the absence of both
the City Engineer and J. Richard Smith.
Resolution No. 77-45, adopted on April 4, 1977, is hereby
repealed.
