RESOLUTION NO. 77- 71
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA FIXING THE AMOUNT OF
REVENUE FROM PROPERTY TAXES FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1977-78 NEEDED FOR GENERAL MUNICIPAL
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana:
SECTION 1: This Council hereby determines that the total
amount of revenue from property taxes required for general muni-
cipal purposes for the City's fiscal year beginning July 1, 1977
and ending June 30, 1978, from the tax levy made in such fiscal
year, is the sum of $ 11,446,250
SECTION 2: The above mentioned sum includes moneys which
will be received by the City from the State of California in lieu
of property tax receipts, by reason of the Home Owners' Property
Tax Exemption and by reason of the partial exemption of business
inventories, as provided by the laws and statutes of the State
of California
ADOPTED this 18th day of 3uly , 1977, by the
following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Bricken~ Garthe, 0rtiz~ Yamamoto,
Evans, Brandt, Ward
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
