FIXING WATER RATES AND STAND-BY SERVICE CHARGES
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 76-109
IT RESOLVED
by the City Council of th?Ci~. ~a~
1. That the following water rates and se~arges are toque
levied and collected for each water service to which water is supplied by
the City, or to which a stand-by service is provided, pursuant to Section
39-21 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code.

In the event of a fire certified by the Fire Chief, the
charge will be adjusted to exclude water used for fire sup=
pression.
Private Fi~ Service Rates Without Detector Check Valves,
Bi-Monthly Stand-by Charge
The charges shall be double the rates for private fire
services with detector check valves.
C. SERVICE OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS
All rates and service charges for service to premises outside the
City limits shall be double the above rates and charges except to
those premises outside the City limits heretofore served at the
rates charged to those within the City limits.
D. TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE
Water for construction work and other uses such that service is
required for only a limited time, not to exceed six months as
provided for in Section 39-26 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code:

3. That Resolution No. 76-109 fixing water rates and stand-by
service charges is hereby repealed, effective August l, 1977.
4. That this resolution shall be operative from and after the
1st day of August, 1977.
