RESOLUTION NO. 77-90
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTRORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT AMENDING THE JOINT
POWERS AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING THE SANTIAGO
LIBRARY SYSTEM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA that that certain "Agreement", a copy of which is
on file in the office of the Clerk of the Council, which said
Agreement emends the Joint Powers Agreement effective August
26, 1972, establishing the Santiago Library System, is hereby
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Santa Ana.
