RESOLUTION NO. 77-121
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE DECISION
OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND APPROVING
MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 77-20 TO ALLOW ON-SALE
BEER IN AN EXISTING RESTAURANT AT 1400 WEST
MC FADDED AVENUE.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the City
Council of the City of Santa Ana on October 17, 1977, on the
decision of the Zoning Administrator approving Minor Exception
No. 77-20 to allow on-sale beer in an existing restaurant at
1400 West McFadden Avenue,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. That based on such public hearing and on oral and
documentary evidence submitted therein, the City Council hereby
affirms the decision of the Zoning Administrator approving
Minor Exception No. 77-20.
2. That the City Council adopts as its findings of fact
for approval of Minor Exception No. 77-20 that certain "Finding
of Fact, EX 77-20" prepared and submitted by the Zoning Admini-
strator, on file in the office of the Clerk of the Council,
and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set
forth, subject to the conditions set forth therein.
