RESOLUTION NO. 77-124
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AFFIrmING THE DECISION OF THE
ZONING ADMINISTRATOR DENYING MINOR EXCEPTION
NO. 77-25 TO ALLOW A 12 FOOT HIGH FENCE FOR
A RECREATION COURT IN THE R1-PRD. DISTRICT
AT 2530 WEST CENTRAL AVENUE AND DENYING
APPEAL NO. 382.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the
City Council of the City of Santa Ana on October 17, 1977,
appealing the decision of the Zoning Administrator denying
Minor Exception No. 77-25 to allow a 12 foot high fence for
a recreation court on a residential lot in the R1-PRD
District at 2530 West Central Avenue,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. That based on such public hearing and the oral and
documentry evidence submitted therein, the City Council does
hereby affirm the decision of the Zoning Administrator denying
Minor Exception No. 77-25 and does hereby deny Appeal No. 382.
2. That the City Council hereby adopts as its findings
of fact for the denial of Minor Exception No. 77-25, that
certain "Finding of Fact, EX 77-25," prepared and submitted
by the Zoning Administrator, on file in the office of the
Clerk of the Council, and incorporated by reference herein
as though fully set forth.
