HomeMy WebLinkAbout78-011RESOLUTION NO. 78-11 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE DECISION OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR DENYING MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 77-35 TO ALLOW ON-SALE BEER AND WINE IN THE LP DISTRICT AT 800 NORTH TUSTIN AVENUE AND DENYING APPEAL NO. 385 WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the City Council of the City of Santa Ana on January 18, 1978, appealing the decision of the Zoning Administrator denying Minor Exception No. 77-35 to allow on-sale beer and wine in a proposed restaurant, "Ship Ahoy," in the LP District at 800 North Tustin Avenue, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, as follows: 1. That based on such public hearing and the oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City Council does hereby affirm the decision of the Zoning Administrator denying Minor Exception No. 77-35 and does hereby deny Appeal No. 385. 2. That the City Council does hereby adopts as its findings of fact for the denial of Minor Exception No. 77-35, that certain "Finding of Fact, Minor Exception No. 77-35," prepared and submitted by the Zoning Administrator, on file in the office of the Clerk of the Council and incorporated by reference herein as those fully set forth.
