RESOLUTION NO. 78-21
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 77-53 TO PROVIDE FEES FOR VEHICLE
FOR HIRE PERMITS, CERTIFICATES OF
PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY,
DRIVERS' PERMITS, A/~D TRANSFERS OF
SUCH PERMITS
WHEREAS, on May 2, 1977, the Council adopted
Resolution 77-53, establishing a uniform schedule of fees
for services provided by the City of Santa Ana; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance NS-1394, regulating vehicles
for hire and ambulances, was adopted February 6, 1978, and
provides for establishment of fees by resolution for purposes
enumerated therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by ~e City Council
of the City of Santa Ana:
1. That Section III of Resolution No. 77-53
is amended by adding the following thereto:
AMBULANCE FEES:
Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity (Original or Transfer)
Each
$100.00
VEHICLE FOR HIRE FEES:
Drivers'
Renewal,
Permits (Original,
Replacement, Duplicate)
Each
$ 5.00
Vehicle for Hire Permit Each
$100.00
Vehicle Permit Transfer Each $ 5.00
2. The foregoing fees shall be effective from and
after the effective date of Ordinance NS-1394.
