RESOLUTION NO. 7845
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA WITHDRAWING
FROM THE COAST REGIONAL TRAINING
CENTER.
WHEREAS, Coast Regional Training Center, hereinafter
referred to as "C.R.T.C." was established by the City of
Santa Ana and other cities in March, 1977, as a public agency
under a Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha desires to withdraw from
C.R.T.C because of its discontinuance of all activities and
services resulting from insufficient business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana:
That the City of Santa Ana does hereby withdraw from
C.R.T.C. to be effective in accordance with Article III, Section
4 of the by-laws of said Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement.
That the Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to de-
liver a copy of this resolution to the C.R.T.C. Board of Directors
forthwith.
