A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF
THE FUNDING PERIOD EXPIRATION
DATE FOR PRIOR SERVICE LIABILITIES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA that the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
gives, and it does hereby give, notice of its approval of
the extension of the funding period expiration date for
Prior Service liabilities from the date of July 1, 1979,
currently provided in said Agency's contract with the Board
of Administration, Public Employees' Retirement System, to a
new date of July 1, 1985 as of the expiration date of the
funding period for Prior Service liabilities.
