RESOLUTION NO. 78-60
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA CONTINUING FEES AND
CHARGES FOR THE ADMINISTRATION AND EN-
FORCEMENT OF CHAPTER 8 OF THE SANTA ANA
MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA:
That, notwithstanding the amendments of Chapter 8 of the
Santa Ana Municipal Code, that are effective on or about May 17,
1978, this Council hereby establishes as the fees and charges to
be charged and collected for the services to be afforded pursuant
to said chapter 8, those fees and charges that were specified in
said Chapter 8 prior to such amendments.
This Resolution shall be operative until the adoption of
Resolution No. 78-58.
