A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAi~TA iMNA DESIGNATING THE FIRE CHIEF AS THE
"ISSUING AUTHORITY" FOR EXPLOSI~-E REGUIdkTIONS
PURSUANT TO HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE SECTION
12007.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA:
That, pursuant to the provisions of subsection (a) of
Section 12007 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of
California, the City Council does hereby designate the Fire
Chief of the City of Santa Ana as the "issuing authority" for
the regulation of explosives.
The Clerk of the Council shall notify the State Fire
Marshal hereof.
