RESOLUTION NO. 78- 116
~A RESOLUTION QF ~HE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
EXTENDING THE TIME AT WHICH TENTATIVE
PARCEL MAP NO. 1030 SHALL EXPIRE
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 1030 was condi-
tionally approved by this Council on November 7, 1977, and
shall expire on November 7, 1978, unless extended by this
Council pursuant to Section 34-105 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an extension
of the expiration date of said tentative parcel map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of tentative
Parcel Map No. 1030 shall be extended for a period of six
(6) months to May 7, 1979, subject to the same conditions
and requirements as previously imposed upon the approval of
said map by this Council.
ADOPTED this 5th day of September , 1978, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Garthe, Brandt, Bricken,
Yamamoto, Evans, Ward
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
