RESOLUTION NO. 78-132
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPOINTING DEPUTIES OF
THE CITY ATTORNEY AND THE DIRECTOR OF
PUBLIC WORKS AND EX OFFICIO CITY ENGINEER,
AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 77-52
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Santa Ana:
That Edward J. Cooper is hereby appointed a deputy
of the City Attorney for the purpose of doing any and all
things required to be done by the City Attorney, in the
absence of the City Attorney.
That James L. Conkey and Richard E. Lay are hereby
appointed deputies of the City Attorney for the purpose
of doing any and all things required to be done by the City
Attorney, but only in the absence of both the City Attorney
and Edward J. Cooper.
That Robert E. Eichblatt is hereby appointed a
deputy of the Director of Public Works and ex officio City
Engineer for the purpose of doing any and all things required
to be done by the Director of Public Works and ex officio
City Engineer, in the absence of the Director o~-Public
Works and ex officio City Engineer.
That John W. Burk is hereby appointed a deputy
of the Director of Public Works and ex officio City Engineer
for the purpose of doing any and all t--hings required to
be done by the Director of Public Works and eX officio City
Engineer in the absence of both the Director~f Pu--~ Works
and Robert E. Eichblatt.
Resolution No. 77-52, adopted on May 2, 1977,
is hereby repealed.
ADOPTED this 16th day of 0ctober
1978, by the following vote:
