HomeMy WebLinkAbout78-140REL:ms 11/9/78 RESOLUTION NO. 78-140 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING MINOR EXCEPTION 78-19. WHEREAS, on November 6, 1978, a public hearing was duly held before the City Council of the City of Santa Ana on Minor Exception 78-19, to allow on-sale beer and wine in an existing restaurant at 1007-C South Bristol in the C1 District; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: 1. That based on such public hearing and on the oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City Council does hereby affirm the action of the Planning Commission in approving Minor Exception 78-19. 2. That the City Council hereby adopts as its finding of fact for approval of Minor Exception 78-19 that certain "Finding of Fact, Minor Exception 78-19," prepared and submitted by the Planning Commission, on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Council, and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth.
