RESOLUTION NO. 78--142
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA DENYING AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 804
AND APPEAL NO. 396.
WHEREAS, on September 25, 1978, a public hearing was duly
held by the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana on
Amendment Application No. 804, to rezone property located on
the northwest corner of Euclid Street and McFadden Avenue
from the R1 Use District to the C5 Use District, and based
upon said hearing, the Planning Commission recommended
denial of said Amendment Application; and
WHEREAS, on November 6, 1978, a public hearing was
duly held by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana on
the said Amendment Application No. 804, and on Appeal No.
396 filed in opposition to the recommendation of the Planning
Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that, based on such public hearing
and the oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the
City Council does hereby deny Amendment Application No. 804
and Appeal No. 396.

the following vote:
