A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA EXTENDING THE
TIME AT WHICH TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO.
9963 SHALL EXPIRE
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 9963 was condi-
tionally approved by this Council on July 18, 1977, and shall
expire on January 18, 1979, unless extended by this Council
pursuant to Section 34-105 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code;
and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has applied for an exten-
sion of the expiration date of said tentative tract map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the expiration date of tentative
Tract Map No. 9963 shall be extended for a period of six (6)
months to July 18, 1979, subject to the same conditions and
requirements as previously imposed upon the approval of said
map by this Council.
ADOPTED this 4th day of December , 1978,
by the following vote:
