RESOLUTION NO. 78-149
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE DECISION
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING
VARIANCE NO. 78-50.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the
City Council of the City of Santa Ana on December 4, 1978,
on the action taken by the Planning Commission in approving
Variance No. 78-50, to move a duplex on to a lot which
presently contains one single-family dwelling and two duplexes
at 1505-1511 La Bonita Street in the R1 district; and
WHEREAS, prior to taking action on said variance
this Council has reviewed and considered the information
contained in Negative Declaration, Initial Study No. 78-202
for the subject property, and, on the basis thereof, finds
that the project will not have a significant effect on the
environment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That based on such public hearing and the
oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City
Council does hereby affirm the action of the Planning Commission
in approving Variance No. 78-50.
2. That the City Council hereby adopts as its
findings of fact for approval of Variance No. 78-50 that
certain "Finding of Fact, Variance Application 78-50" prepared
and submitted by the Planning Commission, on file in the
office of the Clerk of the Council and incorporated herein
by reference as though fully set forth.
