RESOLUTION NO. 78-150
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AFFIRMING THE ACTION
OF THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR ON MINOR
EXCEPTION 78-32, DENYING SAID MINOR
EXCEPTION, AND DENYING APPEAL NO. 398
FILED THEREON.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the
City Council of the City of Santa Ana on December 4, 1978,
on the action taken by the Zoning Administrator in denying
Minor Exception No. 78-32, seeking to allow on-sale beer and
wine in an existing restaurant located within 300 feet of
residences in the Cl District at 1111 South Main Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That based on such hearing and the oral and
documentary evidence submitted therein, the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana does hereby affirm the decision of the
Zoning Administrator on Minor Exception 78-32, deny said
Minor Exception, and deny Appeal No. 398 filed thereon.
2. That the City Council hereby adopts as its
finding of fact for denial of Minor Exception 78-32, that
certain "Finding of Fact, Minor Exception 78-32" prepared
and submitted by the Zoning Administrator, on file in the
Office of the Clerk of the Council, and incorporated herein
as though fully set forth.
